Price

All prices are indicated in Euros and include the VAT applicable at all times. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately. The payment of the products is made in a secure environment of our supplier’s server. ACEITES GUADALENTIN SL reserves the ownership of the products until the order is accepted by it and the customer has paid in full the amount of the products.

Terms of payment and cancellations.

The products ordered shall be shipped after being paid for. The customer or user may make the payment of the products purchased through the means of payment that ACEITES GUADALENTIN SL makes available to him/her indicated in our website www.aceitesguadalentin.com. The user undertakes to pay at the time of placing the order at the initial price shown on the website. For each of the products offered will be added the relevant rates for shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the user before formalizing the purchase itself.

The customer must notify Aceites Guadalentin, any undue or fraudulent charge in the means of payment used for purchases, in the shortest possible time so that it can make the appropriate arrangements.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be specified during order processing prior to order confirmation.

Returns

The user may return the order within 7 working days of receipt of the purchase. In this case he/she will contact the company by email through the address info@aceitesguadalentin.com informing of the return and the reasons for it.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised if one of the following situations occurs:

a) If the purchased product does not satisfy the user. If the return is made within the aforementioned period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original unbroken seal, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. We will not accept returns of products that do not come with their original packaging. In this case, the shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

b) When the products are defective. In this case, it will be necessary to have reliable evidence of the poor condition of the product. The company will pick up the defective product and send the product back to the user at no additional cost. It will be the company who will pay the amount of the order once it has verified that the goods meet the above conditions.

c) In the event that the defect is due to a transport incident, the customer must check the package at the time of receipt and note on the delivery note of the carrier any reservation in case of lack or degradation.
