ACEITES GUADALENTÍN, S.L. has as its object the “Production and packaging and marketing of extra virgin olive oil, virgin olive oil, olive oil and olive pomace oil, in Pet, Can, Glass, Polyethylene and Bulk”.
In order to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products we sell, that we are competitive in a demanding market and the commitment to continuous improvement of the work we do.
The acquired commitments are:
- Implement and maintain a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to meet customer needs and expectations, based on the requirements of ISO 22000:2018.
- Determine and provide the necessary resources, both material and human, in order to implement and maintain the FSMS.
- Promote the training and continuous improvement of our workers’ skills, with ethical and personal responsibility.
- Establish effective communication channels with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, which promote their integration in order to define and adapt to their needs and expectations.
- Comply with the applicable legislation and regulations or other requirements related to our activity, including the specifications imposed by our customers, with the firm purpose of supplying safe, quality, legal and authentic products.
- To offer a product obtained exclusively by mechanical procedures, which maintains the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the raw material.
- Correct, effective and efficient execution of the bottling and marketing of the oil, gradually involving the different organizational units and each and every one of the employees who are part of them.
- To carry out quality controls of the product, from its reception, to the delivery of the product to the client, passing through each of the phases of the process: Storage, packaging and commercialization.
- To distinguish ourselves as a prestigious brand, which gives the customer what he expects over time: natural, safe and high quality products.
The organization’s management personally assumes the commitments expressed herein and is committed to ensuring that this policy is known, understood and applied by all persons who are part of the organization, as well as by the relevant stakeholders.
